Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide direct support and care to individuals in need. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of our clients. This position requires experience in home care, dementia care, nursing homes, or social work.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals with various needs
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as needed
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in direct support, home care, dementia care, nursing homes, social work, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid techniques is a plus
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
